"Darlene was just the right person to represent us as we sold the home we had lived in for over 30 years. We had done extensive remodeling but knew that our home wasn't perfect. We first met with Darlene 7 months before we actually put our home on the market. Over the course of those months she calmly guided us as we cleared clutter and put about a third of our belongings in storage. I really appreciated Darlene's diplomacy. As new homeowners we had many ideas for projects to do with the first house and she helped us tremendously with her expert advice on narrowing down the list to the projects which would make the most impact and really add value to the home. "Darlene listed my house for sale in Santa Clara, CA. My house was in need of a facelift prior to being listed, Darlene had a great contractor she had used before. Through the whole process of remodeling my house and listing my house Darlene took care of everything for me. If I had any questions or concerns regarding the remodel Darlene took care of it by talking to the contractor. If there were any realtors or prospective buyers that had questions Darlene had me refer them to her which was a great load off of me.
